Google OAuth & Advertising Data

Our Service integrates with Google APIs via OAuth 2.0 to help you manage your advertising campaigns. When you connect your Google account, we collect and process the following data:

• Google Ads campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, spend)
• Account-level advertising data necessary for reporting and analytics

Token Storage

When you authorize Ecomdrive to access your Google account, we securely store your OAuth tokens, including refresh tokens. These tokens allow us to sync your advertising data in the background without requiring you to re-authenticate each time. Tokens are encrypted at rest and transmitted only over HTTPS.

Revoking Access

You can disconnect your Google account and revoke Ecomdrive's access at any time through either of the following methods:

• In Ecomdrive: Go to your account settings and click "Disconnect Google Account." This will immediately delete all stored tokens and stop further data syncing.
• Via Google: Visit myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove Ecomdrive from the list of apps with access to your account.

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your Google advertising data for as long as your account is active and connected. When you revoke access or delete your Ecomdrive account, we delete all associated Google OAuth tokens within 24 hours and all synced advertising data within 30 days. You may also request immediate deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Data Handling Practices

Data Processors and Service Providers

We may use third-party service providers (e.g., cloud storage, analytics) who will have access to Platform Data to perform services on our behalf. These providers are obligated to protect your data and only use it for the purposes we specify.

Public Authority Requests

We have the following policies in place regarding requests from public authorities:

• Required review of the legality of requests.
• Provisions for challenging unlawful requests.
• Data minimization policy to disclose only the minimum necessary information.
• Documentation of all requests and our responses.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective as of March 26, 2026, and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
