Terms of Service

These terms describe the acceptable use of EcomDrive for ecommerce operations, order management, customer support, and connected-platform reporting.

Last updated: July 30, 2026

Use of EcomDrive

EcomDrive is provided for ecommerce operations and customer support. Merchants use EcomDrive to manage orders, fulfillment workflows, inventory operations, and customer service conversations connected to their own authorized business assets.

Merchant Responsibilities

  • Merchants are responsible for lawful communication with customers.
  • Merchants must connect only business assets they own, manage, or are authorized to use.
  • Merchants must keep account access secure and assign permissions only to authorized team members.
  • Merchants must comply with all applicable laws, platform rules, and messaging policies.

Prohibited Use

Merchants must not use EcomDrive for:

  • Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or unauthorized promotional messaging.
  • Scraping, harvesting, or selling customer data.
  • Platform abuse, evasion of platform restrictions, or deceptive conduct.
  • Accessing Pages, accounts, or customer conversations without proper authorization.
  • Sending messages outside platform-permitted support or customer service workflows.

Connected Platforms

When a merchant connects a third-party platform such as Meta or Google Ads, the merchant remains responsible for following that platform's terms, review requirements, data-handling rules, and applicable policies. Merchants must connect only accounts and business assets they own, manage, or are authorized to use.

Google Ads Reporting

EcomDrive's current Google Ads integration is a read-only reporting feature. It allows authorized merchants to select Google Ads accounts and view advertising performance, expenses, profitability, and order-attribution reports inside EcomDrive. It does not create, edit, pause, or delete Google Ads campaigns, budgets, ads, or conversions.

Service Changes and Enforcement

EcomDrive may update, suspend, or restrict access to features when needed to protect users, comply with law, maintain platform compliance, prevent abuse, or preserve service reliability.
